Bank to bank. Lower cost than a card.
Pull a payment straight from your customer's bank account. Invoices, rent, memberships, B2B. Sold with your merchant account, on the same statement.
What you get
A flat fee, not a percentage
ACH is typically priced per payment, not per dollar. On a large invoice that is the whole point.
Recurring on schedule
Memberships, rent, retainers and plans debited on the day you choose, every month.
Pay by bank on your invoices
Your customer picks bank transfer instead of card on the invoice you sent them.
Same account, same statement
No second provider, no second login. ACH sits next to your card sales.
Authorized and on file
The customer's authorization is stored with the payment, so a question later has an answer.
Where bank payments earn their place.
Cards are right for the counter. For big tickets and repeat billing, a bank transfer is usually the cheaper way to get the same money.
Invoices
A contractor's final bill, a wholesaler's monthly order, a lawyer's retainer. The customer picks bank transfer on the invoice and the card fee never happens.
Recurring
Gym dues, tuition, rent, service plans. Debited on the day you choose, from an account that doesn't expire like a card.
B2B
Businesses paying businesses, where tickets are big and both sides would rather not pay a percentage.
ACH is sold with your merchant account. One statement, one deposit schedule, one phone number when you have a question.
Three steps to bank payments.
- 1
Tell us who pays you by bank
Invoices, recurring plans, a handful of big B2B customers. We set up what you use.
- 2
We turn it on
ACH is added to your merchant account, with a login for one-time and recurring payments.
- 3
You collect
Enter the bank details once, or let the customer do it from the invoice. Funds settle in a few business days.
Questions merchants ask us.
Anything else? Call or text us at (480) 737-0532.
How long does an ACH payment take to clear?
A few business days. We give you the exact schedule for your account with your quote.
What does my customer need?
Their bank's routing number and their account number, entered once. For recurring payments, their authorization, which we keep on file.
What if a payment comes back?
You're notified with the reason, closed account or insufficient funds for example, and you can retry or ask the customer for another method.
Who is ACH for?
Anyone who invoices: contractors, professional services, B2B suppliers, landlords, gyms and clubs with monthly dues. Anywhere a card fee on a big ticket hurts.
What does it cost?
Typically a flat fee per payment. It's on your quote in plain numbers, and like everything else with ZEZE, it does not go up.
