What if it breaks?
Call support any time, day or night. When we run the machine, we schedule the repair as soon as possible, and parts and service are included. If you run it yourself, the service is yours to arrange.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. ZEZE's no-contract promise applies to ATMs too, on all three programs, even when we place the machine for free.
Which machine will I get?
That depends on your counter and your traffic. We bring a smaller unit for most locations and a larger screen where it earns its space. We pick it with you.
